Andrew Suhl and Walter Schlomann formed Salt and Pepper Media after almost three decades of friendship, including twenty years of collaborating on many successful films, television shows and videos. They combine lifelong, hands-on experience in all realms of production with a devotion to achieving your goals.

Andrew is a go-to, know-how professional, who turns vision into mission accomplished. He has decades of production experience, as a remarkably versatile producer of a broad range of programs, and as a globetrotting cameraman for network television, PBS, and a long list of commercial and corporate clients. Andrew personifies visual thinking, technical facility and fiscal acuity.

Walter has an uncanny ability to transform a client's intentions into just the right message. He's directed a wide range of talent, from actors to scientists to CEO's, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is one of an elite corps of producer-directors of live-action adventure ride films. Having edited hundreds of music videos, commercials and corporate videos, Walter's extensive knowledge of post-production contributes both to his ability to capture the whole story during the shoot and to maximize it in post.

Together, they lead a talented team of graphic designers, writers, editors, composers and production crews to ensure that clients large and small are satisfied. With a sharp eye on deadline and bottom line, they share a passion for delivering videos that communicate effectively and creatively, making your message come alive on screen.
